I am kink aware and sex and body positive and have focused much of my practice on trans, non-binary and queer health. I offer individual counseling to adults, older adults, teens 13+ and couples/relationship counseling.
I believe people are innately driven to grow and overcome obstacles through the resolution of trauma and other adverse experiences. Sometimes, we need support navigating barriers to our progress. I want to help you blaze your trail and achieve positive outcomes in your journey of growth and self-actualization! I strive to build safe therapeutic relationships with my clients, which research shows leads to better therapy outcomes. My 30+ years’ experience providing individual and relationship counseling establish a foundation you can trust.
