Amelia LundMy personal approach to therapy involves mind and body integration. This may look like growing to understanding yourself, your needs and your desires for life. This may include working through traumatic patterns learned from life, religion or culture. I take a “life as a journey” buddhist approach of non-attachment and understanding that the progression through life includes suffering in many forms.

In my approach, I join the journey of discovering and improving an individual’s, family’s and group’s habits through the practice of interacting relationally with your own inner self and others. I am experienced and have been practicing harm reduction and psychedelic integration for 2 years. I give individuals and groups an ability to be educated and use ZENDO for harm reduction skills as they move through their experience.

I am a practitioner of the Hakomi method, am trained in EMDR and am a Gottman Couples Therapy level 2 and may use these skills as requested by the client. I am an LGBTQA+, non-monogamy and kink friendly therapist and have worked in the community for 5 years.

On my days off, I enjoy reading books, and playing board games with friends. I also take the time to go hiking with my partner, three children and our dogs.
