She/her

As a therapist, I am calm, collaborative, and patient. I listen closely with kindness, curiosity, and without judgment. Together, we’ll take our time to create a space rooted in trust and respect. I believe there is profound healing in having your story heard, understood, and honored.

I balance warmth and support with thoughtful challenge, helping you recognize patterns that are keeping you stuck or causing harm. I often slow down to notice what your body is communicating as we work toward a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences. Together, we’ll explore the stories that have shaped you while building practical skills for navigating everyday challenges. My goal is to create a space grounded in self-compassion, where healing feels both meaningful and manageable.

I am passionate about reproductive mental health and enjoy supporting individuals across the reproductive lifespan, with a particular interest in perinatal mental health and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). As a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), I have specialized training in pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, and loss. I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, disability, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and bipolar disorder.

My approach is tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), while often incorporating parts work, mindfulness, and harm reduction principles.

I identify as a white cisgender disabled woman. I take time to reflect on cultural context, power dynamics, and personal biases. I am committed to lifelong learning about the lived experience of others and the oppressive systems we interact with.
