She/Her

I believe the human journey is shaped by both pain and possibility, and that healing begins with compassion and curiosity toward ourselves. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that each person’s story deserves to be met with care, respect, and authenticity.

I provide outpatient psychotherapy to young adults, adults, and couples, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational concerns. I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth. I view therapy as a shared process that honors your strengths, supports your vulnerability, and makes space for greater connection to yourself and others.

My background includes working with clients across the lifespan in a range of settings, including outdoor wilderness therapy, school-based services, and outpatient hospital care. I feel deeply honored to witness each person’s story and lived experience.

I received my Master of Social Work from Boise State University in 2024 and gained clinical experience in nonprofit, school, and hospital settings throughout the Portland area.

My approach is tailored to each client’s needs and grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, relational lens. I integrate attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy, CBT, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, parts work, and play therapy in ways that feel supportive and responsive while honoring each client’s goals and growth. I value pacing, safety, and collaboration, supporting clients in making meaningful change that feels manageable and aligned with their values.

I affirm and support all gender identities, strive to honor all ethnic backgrounds with respect and allyship, and am committed to doing my part to help dismantle inequitable systems of power and oppression. I am dedicated to offering a space where you can feel supported in showing up as you are, while working together toward healing, resilience, and a fuller sense of self.

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, running, and spending time outdoors. I also value time with family and friends, especially cooking together, sharing meaningful experiences, and creating moments of joy.

Teletherapy and in-person with adults and children aged 10+.

As I am still working towards licensure. I am being supervised by Misty Bottorff, LCSW.
