She/Her

I graduated from Cal State University East Bay with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. As a biracial clinician of indigenous Chamorro/Pacific Islander descent and Mexican heritage, my mission is to provide all ages with specialized treatment with an emphasis on support around racial identity, cultural empathy, ancestral/intergenerational trauma work, decolonization lens, and support with mental health recovery as a committed ally to human rights.

My specialties include a focus on providing care to all ages experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, relationship challenges and transitions, anger management, school/work-related stress, self-esteem development, communication skills building, conflict resolution work, attachment related issues, and other trauma-related disorders.

My therapeutic modalities include exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, eclectic approaches, somatic processing, grief and loss work, psychodynamic, interpersonal therapy, parts work, solution-focused, existential, motivational interviewing, emotional-freedom tapping (EFT), CBT, DBT, CPT, and other talk therapy approaches to care.

My practice philosophy is centered around creating an emotionally safe space for care from a compassionate, strengths-based, humanistic, and person-centered lens to support creating treatment goals that feel like the right fit for you! I love to integrate music, humor, art, gentle movement, and somatic processing approaches during care to support self-empowerment and self-awareness building.

I have three cats and a dog with my boyfriend and enjoy practicing yoga, traveling, going on hikes, kayaking, photography, dance, art, anime, listening to music, and quality time with my loved ones outside of my work.

I am currently a registered Clinical Social Work Associate working towards licensure in Oregon, under the supervision of Mohini Bolkhovitinov, LCSW.
