She/Her

Welcome! I’m a biracial clinician of Indigenous Chamorro/Pacific Islander and Mexican heritage, with roots in Anaheim, California and currently calling the Pacific Northwest home. I’m passionate about creating therapy spaces that feel safe, affirming, and genuinely human. My journey into mental health started with a love for understanding people and their stories. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Cal State East Bay and later completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California, where I deepened my commitment to culturally responsive, heart-centered care.

My work is grounded in cultural empathy, racial identity exploration, ancestral and intergenerational healing, and a decolonized lens on mental health. I believe healing happens when we honor where you come from and where you’re going—and I’m committed to showing up as a true ally to human rights and collective liberation.

I work with children, teens, and adults, meeting each person with care, curiosity, and respect for where they are in their journey. Whether someone is learning how to navigate big emotions for the first time, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, struggling with relationships or transitions, or carrying the impact of trauma, my goal is to offer steady support and a space where they feel understood and not alone.

I support concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, school or work stress, low self-esteem, attachment wounds, and other trauma-related experiences. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative, drawing from approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP, CBT, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices to support healing in a way that feels gentle, empowering, and responsive to each individual’s needs.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I care deeply about creating a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel supported without judgment. Sessions might include humor, music, art, gentle movement, and somatic practices—because healing doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical.

When I’m not in session, I’m hanging out with my three cats, practicing yoga, traveling, hiking, dancing, playing video games, watching anime, listening to music, and soaking up quality time with my loved ones.

I am currently a registered Clinical Social Work Associate working towards licensure in Oregon, under the supervision of Mohini Bolkhovitinov, LCSW.
