She/Her

The human experience is filled with both pain and possibility. When things don’t feel right and challenges arise, the opportunity is to look within. “Who am I, what is the narrative I am telling myself?” My desire is to create space for this exploration, with honor and respect for the experiences that have shaped you. It is a privilege to exist with you.

I work with adults, children (ages 10+), and couples. People come to me for help in navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, and more. In relationships, I offer support in understanding attachment needs and communication dynamics. I am trained in EMDR and offer space to process trauma (both past and present) that affects daily life.

I also support individuals living with chronic health conditions. As someone with type one diabetes, I understand the challenges that come with continuous management and the toll it can take. I’m here to offer empathy and compassion for all the feelings that arise.

My approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on your individual needs. I draw from attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, parts work and play therapy. Together, we will move at a pace that feels manageable and work toward meaningful change.

I received my Master of Social Work from Boise State University in 2024 and gained clinical experience in nonprofit, school, and hospital settings throughout the Portland area. My background includes working with clients in outdoor wilderness therapy, school-based services, and outpatient hospital care. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of human well-being and how healthcare systems affect healing.

I affirm people of all gender identities and ethnic backgrounds and am committed to recognizing and challenging inequitable systems of power and oppression.

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, running, spending time outdoors, cooking with family and friends, and creating moments of joy together.

Teletherapy and in-person for couples, adults and children aged 10+.

As I am still working towards licensure. I am being supervised by Misty Bottorff, LCSW.
