She/Her
I appreciate your curiosity about my approach to therapy. I see our time together as a space where you can safely explore all parts of yourself and what brings you here—held within a compassionate, grounded, and non-judgmental environment. The human existence can be heavy, exhausting, breathtaking, also full of light, and our connection can be a space to navigate these experiences. I truly love being a therapist and feel privileged to offer a space where insight, healing, and genuine connection can unfold at your own pace.
My work draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including an EMDR lens. Drawing from my EMDR lens, I believe the brain has an innate capacity to heal through its adaptive information processing system, and part of my role is to help you understand how that healing unfolds while identifying the modalities that best support it. At the core of my practice is attunement and a deeply client-centered approach. When appropriate, I also welcome the integration of spirituality and the exploration of meaning.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. After graduating, I gained meaningful experience in acute psychiatric care, adult community mental health, and supporting families navigating the loss of housing. These experiences continue to shape my commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
I often integrate somatic (mind–body) therapy into traditional talk therapy when clinically indicated. My work is also informed by my training as an EMDR Consultant/Facilitator, Brainspotting Certification, IFS/parts work, and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. As a Reiki Master, I hold an appreciation for the ways our internal and surrounding energy can support the healing process.
Outside of my work, I am a mother to three beautiful humans and find joy being in nature, spending time with my family, baking, practicing yoga, and going on long walks with my corgi.
